December
You name it, we were working on it. December was full of SO much fun. Crafts galore, visits from Santa's helper elf Buddy, playing outside, learning fun, yummy food of course! To end the year with a great Christmas party was perfect. :)
2011 was kind of like a bouncy ball and kept me on my toes. I am so blessed to have the group of kids that I do. They truly are AMAZING and are such smart and sweet kids. They are working so hard, and their little brains are learning so much. We have fun things coming up in January that we've started on. We have kids writing their own names for the first time. And lots of fun themes ahead. I hope you enjoy a glance at our December preschool fun!
Letters to Santa:
Our Santa Classroom door that we all worked on. This day we were missing a few of our daycare kids in the picture, but everyone had a blast helping put it together.
Carpool lane? Headed to the park.
Buddy the elf caught in the act of reading stories with his friends. :)
They are all OBSESSED with this monkey toy. I tried to hide it from my two little guys a year ago and it found its way out to the daycare kids play cubbies... needless to say.. It's their favorite toy to play with and make it hit the couch like its going to get them.
It's never too cold for bikes!
Stringing our lights.
For each of the families for christmas the kids made their silhouette for presents to their parents. From the feed back I got, it sounded like it was a hit!
Our Christmas Party!
My little guy #2 making his house.
Ella and Mommy making their gingerbread house.
My little guy #1- Derek and his house.
Benjamin and his Mommy making a pretty sweet house.
I got distracted during the party and didn't get back to taking pictures. urgh! But here is one of them almost all together playing.
Dance Party!
I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and a great new year!
